Application

This machine is mainly suitable for mercerizing pure cotton, poly-cotton and cotton blended fabric, fabric pad in concentrated alkaline solutions under tension condition, to make concentrated alkaline solution fully swelling reacted with cotton fiber, then wash to remove the alkali in warp and weft direction, to make organization form of cotton fiber to be forever changed, the fabric has stable size, better fiber strength, improve dye-uptake, fabric has silky brightness, comfortable hand feeling.

Process Flow

Open-width feeding fabric (include infrared photoelectrical centring) → chainless mercerizing box → mercerizing padder → chainless alkali eliminating box → mercerizing padder → tension frame → clip stentering device → tension frame → two-roller heavy padder → alkali eliminating steaming box → two-roller padder → alkali eliminating steaming box → padder → (high efficient steaming and washing box → two-roller padder) *N → open-width washer → high efficient padder → dryer→ open-width swing roller for doffing
